Desk kit vs. lobby model
A desk kit has to look like the workplace: monitors, a server stack, partner marks — assembled in under 20 minutes so onboarding or a town hall can actually use it. A lobby model is a façade: tower, campus gate, museum, in a clear case. Facilities will reject a generic civic block. Those are two SKUs, not one “office brick.”

What to match
- Desk: printed screens, staff minifigure, bagged parts, short manual
- Lobby: massing from site photos, printed name tiles, optional clear case
- Tenant / welcome: compact scene, branded box — packing as a gift, not a vitrine
If it sits next to reception, specify the case. If it is handed to new hires, specify the box and numbered bags. Brand colors go on tiles, plaques, and packaging that match the interior guidelines — not only on one logo brick in the corner.
Photo of the space
