Figure vs. full kit
Use a figure when the uniform is the brand and booth traffic is high. Use a full kit when the visitor should leave with a desk object. A custom torso and logo shirt is faster to produce and cheaper to ship than an 80-piece scene. Conference swag, roadshows, and internal kickoffs are the usual figure briefs; the scene takeaway is on trade show giveaway kits.
Event minifigure giveaways ran 3,000 figures for a booth bag. Decathlon recognition figures add name tiles and hire dates — that is an HR SKU, not a booth bag. Do not mix those two packing specs in one carton type.
Artwork
- Uniform photo, front, and logo placement
- Hair / head if it must match a campaign
- Accessories: keep the list short; each piece is a part (badge, headset, tool, helmet)
- Two roles (pilot and medic, sales and engineer) means two prints, not one mixed outfit
- Roster before sampling if every figure gets a name or date
Packing
Booth: individual bags. HR: small box plus name tile. Minifigure-only production starts from 50 units; event runs often sit at 200–2,000. One sample figure per design before the batch. Start from minifigure giveaways or inquiry.
