Medevac Aircraft Brand Kit
Branded private-jet kit with matching livery, crew minifigure, bagged parts, and printed gift boxes for aviation PR and client gifting.
The brief was a recognizable aircraft gift — the client’s livery on the fuselage and tail, not a generic jet with a logo sticker. It had to work as a VIP mailer and as a display piece at aviation events.
We built a 197-piece private jet with printed brand marks, a crew minifigure, and a custom instruction booklet. Parts were packed in numbered bags so recipients could assemble the kit at a desk or booth.
Gift boxes were printed with the aircraft graphic and brand colors. After one physical sample was approved, production moved to 300 kits.
