HR needed a service-year gift that could be personalized per employee without a unique sculpt for every name. Year tiles, a join-date brick, and staff minifigures had to sit on one small desk scene.
Each kit uses stacked year prints, a named join-date tile, and branded minifigures so the recipient’s milestone is visible on the desk. Boxes were specified for regional HR distribution rather than retail.
The program ran 1,200 kits on a three-week production window after one sample per design was signed off.
