The brief was a recognizable service robot: front “face” panel, hatch, flag, and wheelbase matching the deployed unit. Restoration accuracy was the acceptance criterion, not a cartoon mascot.
We locked the structure in studio renders, then produced the physical kit in white and black ABS with a printed eye panel. One hundred sets shipped after sample sign-off.
Production starts from 10 kits. This program ran 100 sets for product and partner gifting.
